THE ADYA POTATO STORY March 18 2014, 0 Comments
In October 2013, we received a great story from one of our facebook friends - Andrea B.
She lives in Barstow, California, which is located just 5 miles from Hinckley - made famous by the movie "The Erin Brockovich Story" which was about PG&E's alleged contamination of ground water with the toxic chemical, Hexavalent Chromium.
Andrea B. submitted pictures of an experiment using potatoes. She wanted to show us how Barstow tap water, filtered water, and water treated with Adya minerals affected the potato.
Here's her story . . .
"Hello, I live in Barstow, California and my name is Andrea. If you're not familiar with the area then let me tell you that I live approximately 5 miles from Hinkley, California; yes, the same Hinkley made famous by Erin Brockovich. I was recently purchased a bottle of Adya and started my own experimenting.
My family uses Zero Water Filters which, filters out everything, leaving no necessary minerals whatsoever. I used potatoes to determine what was healthier for the growth of my potato plants. The plants were in each jar of water just under four weeks. After the first 12 days I changed the water in each jar, keeping the types for the individual jars the same.
In this first photo you can see the clarity of all three liquids.
The Zero water jar is clear, the Adya Clarity water is clear but with the impurities settled on the bottom, and the tap water jar is murky and smells really, really bad. The other two jars have no odor.
I am amazed by this and would love to be able to spread the word about this to my small community. What most people here don't know is that while PG&E has reduced the amount of Chromium 6, they used large amounts of Manganese and Potassium and a boatload of other chemicals to do it.
Also, we have a large Borax plant 30 miles away from here. The chemicals they use have also gotten into the water table and the plume has spread nearly 40 miles in each direction. People ask why we stay knowing this and the fact is this is where our jobs are.
Anyway, I felt the need to pass this on to you. — in Barstow, CA."
So that's Andrea's story! Thank you for sharing your story Andrea B. from Barstow, CA!
