Molecular Hydrogen

Hydrogen is the smallest, most abundant molecule in the universe. When two atoms combine, molecular hydrogen is formed. In our bodies, molecular hydrogen functions as a very powerful and selective antioxidant. Unlike other antioxidants, it's small enough to enter cells and attacks the most toxic free radicals.
