DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges are determined at checkout. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days barring any order discrepancies such as address, other vital shipping info or qualifications. Once your package has been processed and shipped, please allow 2-7 additional business days for delivery, depending on the carrier. UPS Ground to West Coast can take up to a week for delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS

Adya will gladly refund or exchange any unopened, unused, or damaged product. For damaged products, a photo must be provided for our records before a replacement can be shipped. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30 days following the date of shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Just follow these simple steps within 30 days of your original order date:

• Email us at customerservice@adyawater.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is required and we cannot process any product returns or exchanges without one.
• Complete the Adya Merchandise Return Form with the requested information and your RA#. This form gives us all the information needed to process your request quickly. Write your RA# on your return package and mail the product and Return Form back to us.
