SHIPPING & RETURNS
Summer Break : Our Fulfillment Center will be closed Friday, July 13th, 2018 through Friday, July 20th, 2018 for summer break. Any orders placed between July 11th, 2018 and July 20th, 2018 will be processed in the order they are received starting Monday, July 23rd, 2018. Thank you.
Holiday Shipping: Adya, Inc. will be closed 12/23-1/3. Orders purchased during this time will be processed starting 1/4. Additional processing time will be required during Christmas and New Years (12/23-1/3) holiday periods.
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges are determined at checkout. Once your package has been processed and shipped, please allow 2-7 additional business days for delivery, depending on the carrier. UPS Ground to West Coast can take up to a week for delivery. Receive free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S over $149.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, & BROKERAGE FEES
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by customs of the importing country are not included in the shipping and handling cost. Therefore, International customers are solely responsible for paying such duties, taxes, and fees. These costs vary widely from country to country, so be sure contact your local customs agency for more details before placing your order. If for any reason, you refuse your shipment, we cannot refund the following things: original shipping and handling cost, charges for return shipping, and any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Adya will gladly refund or exchange any unopened or damaged product. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30days following the date of shipment. A reasonable return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns of water filtration systems will be assessed a $25 return shipping and processing fee from your refund. All other returns will incur $5.95 per item.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Just follow these simple steps within 30 days of your original order date:
- Please call us at 517-781-6055 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is required and we cannot process any product returns or exchanges without one.
- Complete the Adya Merchandise Return Form with the requested information and your RA#. This form gives us all the information needed to process your request quickly. Write your RA# on your return package and mail the product and Return Form back to us.
