Shipping & Returns
Adya, Inc. will be closed 12/23-1/3. Orders purchased during this time will be processed starting 1/4.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Most orders ship within 24 hours and take 2-5 days to be delivered after being placed. All shipping is sent via UPS Ground or USPS. Receive FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $149.
Additional processing time will be required during Christmas and New Years (12/23-1/3) holiday periods.
We will gladly refund or exchange any unopened or damaged product purchased from this website within 30 days of the shipment date. Although we offer free shipping, a reasonable return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. To make a return, just follow the steps listed on our return policy page within 30 days of your original order date.
